Senior Week

Glam Squad

At MS 343, we believe every student deserves to feel confident, supported, and empowered. Through our partnership with Glam Squad and other amazing organizations, students get the opportunity to be pampered before Prom. A team of professional stylists give our students haircuts, manicures, shoes, and accessories to make them feel ready for the runway, and Prom.

Prom

Prom at MS 343 is an annual, formal dance where our 8th graders get the opportunity to dress up and party. This rite of passage has music, dining, dancing, and plenty of time to make memories. During our most recent Prom in 2026, Prom was on a private boat that circled the Statue of Liberty, allowing for some unforgettable pictures.

Senior trip

One of the best parts of middle school is challenging yourself and overcoming your fears through friendship and adventure. Every year, our 8th grades go to Club Getaway where they challenge themselves, cheer each other on, and make memories that will last a lifetime. Activities include zip line, trampolines, and aerial obstacle courses.

Dave and Busters

The grand finale to our senior week is a grade-wide trip to Dave and Busters. Here, students get to play games, win prizes, and make final lasting memories with each other before graduation.

Senior slideshow

At graduation, students see a video that includes images from their entire time at MS 343. Students get to reminisce about their experiences together before moving onto high school.
