Welcome to MS 343

MS 343 believes in developing strong relationships with students and their families in order to support their independence and build confidence in themselves and respect for others. We believe in a focus on exposure and experiences to prepare students to be productive and successful members of society.

One of the most unique aspects of our school is our emphasis on continuity and relationships. Students remain together as a class throughout all three years of middle school and “loop” with their content-area teachers, allowing teachers, students, and families to build strong relationships over time. This consistency gives teachers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of each student’s strengths, needs, and goals while creating a close-knit learning community.
