6th Grade Botanical Gardens
In honor of our study of Seed Folks, 6th grade humanities students spent an afternoon in the sun. We explored the New York Botanical Gardens on a self-guided tour, and enjoyed the extension of the planting activity last month. Students loved lounging in the grass and feeling like part of a landscape. They got to see what time and care can do to a landscape, and they were especially excited when turtles were sighted! Check out the photos from the day.
